Partners & Supporters

We wish to thank all the courageous and generous people sharing their personal experiences of palliative care.

Their personal stories prompt us to reflect on what matters most. They help us to understand the positive impact of palliative care.

Palliative care service partners

Our palliative care service partners reached out to people willing to share their experiences of palliative care in a context of trust, care and support. This has helped people to share their stories with dignity and respect.

Supporters

Our supporters play a vital role in helping us to share these stories and understanding of palliative care throughout our communities. These stories prompt us to support one another and to focus more on what matters most in our lives.
